February 2006: RappFLOW and 18 partners submit proposal to the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation. Eighteen partner organizations, including the Rappahannock County government, joined with RappFLOW in a proposal to support the project “People, Land, and Water at the Headwaters of the Rappahannock River.” Read the proposal (PDF, 405KB).
